Egg Roll Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 pound(s) pork or shrimp, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) ginger
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ cup(s) mushrooms, slivered
  • 2 tablespoon(s) green onion, minced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 cup(s) fresh bean sprouts, (1 lb can)
    • 2 cup(s) bamboo shoots, chopped

Combine all ingredients. Fill egg roll skins and deep fry until light golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
