Ingredients

- ½ cup(s) mushrooms, slivered
- 2 tablespoon(s) green onion, minced
- 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce

- 3 cup(s) fresh bean sprouts, (1 lb can)
- 2 cup(s) bamboo shoots, chopped
Combine all ingredients. Fill egg roll skins and deep fry until light golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
