Italian Pork Chops 2

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, peeled and split
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 can(s) tomatoes (16 ounce can)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) oregano

    • 1 teaspoon(s) chopped parsley
    • 2 green peppers, cut into strips
    • 1 pound(s) sliced fresh mushrooms

Heat oil in frying pan. Lightly brown garlic and sliced mushrooms; add green pepper. Fry over moderate heat about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Put chops in pan and brown on both sides.
