  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil
  • 3 whole green chiles, chopped
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton commercial sour cream
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups cooked, diced pork
