Oven Fried Pork Chops 9


  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 egg, beaten (large)
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed (1 cup)
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
  • 4 inch thick pork chops

Sprinkle chops with spices. Place cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Dip chops in egg, then dredge in crumbs. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Spray chops evenly with cooking spray.
