Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked long-grain white or jasmine rice, chilled
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¾ cup diced carrots
