Spaghetti with herby pork meatballs
Ingredients
- 300g/11oz spaghetti, cooked according to packet instructions, drainedGrated mozzarella or parmesan
- 3 tsp chopped fresh marjoram or 2 tsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 800g/1lb 12oz tinned chopped tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, peeled, crushed
- 1 onion, peeled, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1 free-range egg, beaten
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 450g/1lb minced pork
