Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked jasmine or long-grain white rice, cold
  • 1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 ¼ cups shelled, cooked tiny shrimp or diced cooked pork or chicken (about 8 oz.)
    • 4 teaspoons minced seeded fresh jalapeño chiles
    • 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
