  • 12 (5 1/2-inch) corn tortillas
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
    • Vegetable oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup tomato paste
