Asian Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
• 1 tablespoon roasted red chili paste
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 cup soy sauce
