Calypso Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dark rum (optional)
  • 1 cup(s) chicken broth (low sodium)
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced

    • ½ cup(s) orange juice
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
    • 6 boneless pork chops, ¾ inch thick

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk well. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over chops. Seal. Refrigerate 6-24 hours.
