Ingredients

  • Holiday Ham Brine (optional)
  • 1 (7- to 8-pound) bone-in pork leg half (fresh ham)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into rings
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
    • ¼ cup olive oil
