  • 4 (6-ounce) bone-in center-cut pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick), trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ small onion, peeled
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
    • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, divided
    • 3 ancho chiles
    • Dash of ground allspice
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • ½ teaspoon brown sugar

Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Remove stems and seeds from chiles. Tear chiles into large pieces; place in skillet.
