Ingredients

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons country-Dijon mustard
