Grilled Pork Chops Stuffed with Nectarines


  • 1 T champagne vinegar
  • 1/3 c apricot jam
  • 1 c mixed fresh blueberries and raspberries
  • 4 nectarines, sliced
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T chopped fresh mint
  • Freshly ground black pepper
