Grilled Pork Chops with Apple-Almond Salsa


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 8 (4 ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, minced
  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup red onion, diced
    • 1 cup red apples, chopped
    • 1 cup green apples, chopped
