Grilled Pork Chops with Garlic Lime Sauce

Ingredients

• ¹/₃ cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
• 6 1/2-inch-thick boneless pork chops
• ¼ cup fresh lime juice
• ¼ teaspoon dried hot red-pepper flakes
• 1 clove garlic
