  • 1/3 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon shallot
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 thin (1/3-inch) bone-in pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

    • 1 ½ tablespoons Asian fish sauce
