Grilled Pork Chops with Tomato Peach Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 2 scallions

    • 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
    • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon fresh jalapeño chile
    • 1 large peach or nectarine
    • 4 3/4- to 1-inch-thick bone-in rib pork chops (2 1/4 pound)
