  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops, trimmed

    • Salsa:
    • Cooking spray
    • Pork chops:
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup chopped honeydew melon
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salsa:
