Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
