  • ¼ cup minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 slices (2 oz. total) bacon, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces firm chorizo or hot Italian sausage, casing removed and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
    • 1 ½ pounds ground pork
