Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
- Pineapple Salsa
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 6 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- + 2 more ingredients

- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Combine curry powder and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over pork chops. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Coarsely chop pork. Serve with Pineapple Salsa and warm ...
