Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 8 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
  • 6 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

    • ¼ teaspoon salt

Combine curry powder and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over pork chops. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray.
