Quick-Brined Grilled Pork Chops with Treviso and Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
- 4 pork rib chops
- 1 head Treviso radicchio
- 1 endive
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar

Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Mix 1 1/2 cups water, coarse salt, and sugar in 11 x 7 x 2-inch glass baking dish; stir until salt and sugar dissolve.
