Ingredients

  • ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 pork rib chops
  • 1 endive
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 head Treviso radicchio
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
    • 3 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
