Spice Rubbed Pork Chops with Summer Salsa


  • ¼ cup(s) orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
  • 2 peaches or 3 nectarines, peeled, cut in small cubes (2 cups)
  • 6 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 3 tablespoon(s) McCormick® Grill Mates® Pork Rub

    • 1 cup(s) raspberries
