Sauteed Pork Chops with Grape, Rosemary & Red Wine Pan Sauce

Ingredients

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • 8 thin boneless pork chops (about 1-¼ lb.)
  • ½ cup homemade or low-salt canned chicken broth
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
