Apple and Sage Pork Chops

  • 6 boneless pork chops, ¾- to 1-inch thick (about 2 pounds)

  • 2 Gala apples, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup(s) apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
