BAKED CHOPS AND RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced (large)
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 onion, chopped fine (large)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 3 cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) rice, uncooked
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 6 boneless pork chops

Preheat oven to 375°. Trim fat from chops; lightly brown on both sides. Mix the rice, water, salt, pepper, onion and soup in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Add green pepper. Arrange chops in dish and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chops and rice are tender.
