Baked Moist Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ½ garlic clove, chopped
  • ¼ cup dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ pinch garlic powder
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 (7 ½ ounce) can chicken stock
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ bay leaf
    • ½ to taste salt and pepper
