Baked Pork Chops with Mango Chutney Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) Mango Chutney
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup Mahatma or Carolina Basmati Rice
- 6 Thick-cut Bone-In Pork Chops
- salt and pepper, to taste
Prepare rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a deep pocket in the side of each pork chop (you can have your butcher do this for you).
