Barbecued Pork Roast
Ingredients
- ½ c favorite barbecue sauce
- ¼ c Worcestershire sauce
- Sauce:
- ½ c ketchup
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1 t salt
- + 9 more ingredients

- 3 T mustard
- 3 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ c water
- 1 c vinegar
- ½ c Worcestershire sauce
- ½ c ketchup
- 4 to 6 lb lean Boston butt, or other pork roast
- Texas Pete or favorite seasoning, to taste
Place the pork roast in a large Dutch oven. Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, water, brown sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne, and onions in a mixing bowl.
