Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 boneless pork loin chops, butterflied
