  • 4 1-inch-thick loin pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup shallots
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 10-ounce bag frozen peaches
  • 5 tablespoons brandy
  • + 1 more ingredients
