Brandied-Peach Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ cup shallots
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 1-inch-thick loin pork chops
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 5 tablespoons brandy
- 1 10-ounce bag frozen peaches
