  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 3 large egg whites, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Cooking spray
