Breaded Pork Cutlets

Ingredients
- 4 lemon wedges
- 3 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- Cooking spray
