Callaloo Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 16 ounce(s) frozen okra, sliced
  • 12 ounce(s) callaloo leaves or spinach
  • 3 scallions - chopped, using green and white parts
  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 4 ounce(s) lean salt pork cut into ½" pieces
  • ½ pound(s) shrimp - fresh, frozen, or canned
