Cheesy Pork and Taters

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2/3 cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 shredded mozzarella cheese (1 c. 4 ounce )
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine

    • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 cup(s) barbecue sauce
    • chopped fresh parsley (optional)
    • ½ cup(s) finely crushed saltine crackers
    • ½ pound(s) ground pork, cooked and crumbled
    • 4 taters, peeled and thinly sliced

Combine pork, crackers, barbecue sauce and egg in large bowl; shape mixture into 6 patties. Heat butter and oil in medium skillet. Cook and stir taters and onion until lightly browned; drain.
