Ingredients

  • 1 5-oz can bamboo shoots
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ pound mushrooms
  • ½ pound bok choy
  • 6 ounces snow peas
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch

    • 1 pound pork tenderloin
    • 1 green bell pepper
    • 4 teaspoons oyster sauce
    • 2 garlic cloves
