Choy Sum Pork and Noodles

  • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
  • SAUCE:
  • ½ cup(s) blanched peanuts, coarsely chopped for garnish (optional)

    • 1 pound(s) cooked pork loin, diced into bite size pieces
    • 8 ounce(s) Taiwanese wheat noodles or thin vermicelli noodles
    • 4 ounce(s) stringless snow peas
    • 1 pound(s) choy sum - separate stalks, wash and drain
    • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 4 clove(s) garlic, medium cloves chopped fine
    • 8 ounce(s) baby bella mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 bunch(s) green onions, sliced
