Cranberry Meatballs and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce(s) can of jellied cranberry sauce, chunky or smooth
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • 1 pound(s) mini smoked sausage links
  • 1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
  • 1 pound(s) bulk pork sausage
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley - fresh, chopped or 1 tablespoon dry
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup(s) dry Italian bread crumbs
    • 3 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 onion - small, finely chopped

In large bowl, combine the egg, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Incorporate the bulk sausage and mix well. Shape into 1" balls.
