Cranberry Meatballs and Sausage
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) can of jellied cranberry sauce, chunky or smooth
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1 pound(s) mini smoked sausage links
- 1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
- 1 pound(s) bulk pork sausage
- ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley - fresh, chopped or 1 tablespoon dry

- ¾ cup(s) dry Italian bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion - small, finely chopped
In large bowl, combine the egg, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Incorporate the bulk sausage and mix well. Shape into 1" balls.
