German Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 can(s) Bavarian sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can(s) cream of celery soup (10 ¾ oz)
- 1 onion - sliced into thin rings
- cabbage head - green, shredded
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 6 pork chops
- 3 baking potatoes - unpeeled, sliced into ¼ slices
- + 1 more ingredients

- 1 apple - green, peeled, quartered, sliced
Heat cooking oil and brown chops. Layer sliced potatoes then onion, pour soup over and spread out. Layer cabbage, sliced apple, pork chops and sauerkraut on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
