  • 5 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound ground hot pork sausage
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 2 ½ cups frozen cubed hash browns
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Cook sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until meat crumbles.
