  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 4 1-inch-thick pork chops (2 lb total)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
    • ¼ cup Asian oyster sauce
