Horseradish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef

- SAUCE:
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup chili sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble meat over mixture; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink. 2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine s...
