Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, divided
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (hot chile sauce, such as Huy Fong)
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ½ cup ketchup
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon white pepper
    • 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into strips
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 12 cups coarsely chopped green cabbage (about 2 pounds)
