Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, divided
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (hot chile sauce, such as Huy Fong)
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper

- 12 cups coarsely chopped green cabbage (about 2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into strips
