Italian Meat Loaves Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup 2% milk
    • ¾ cup cracker or bread crumbs
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Crumble pork over mixture and mix well.
