Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork shank
  • 1 (4-pound) chicken
  • 2 pounds breast of lamb
  • 2 pounds beef shank
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 cup celery

    • 2 cups lima beans
    • Steak Sauce
    • Salt
    • ¾ cup Kentucky bourbon
    • 2 cups okra
    • 1 quart tomato puree
    • 2 green peppers
    • 1 bunch carrots
    • 1 ½ pounds onions
    • 8 quarts cold water
    • 2 pounds veal shank
    • 2 pods red pepper
    • Tabasco
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 cups whole corn
    • 1 ½ pounds potatoes
