  • 2 pounds breast of lamb
  • 1 (4-pound) chicken

    • 2 pounds pork shank
    • ¾ cup Kentucky bourbon
    • 2 cups cabbage
    • 1 cup celery
    • 1 ½ pounds potatoes
    • 2 pods red pepper
    • Tabasco
    • 2 cups lima beans
    • 2 pounds beef shank
    • 2 cups okra
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Steak Sauce
    • 2 pounds veal shank
