Lemon-Herb Skillet Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 lemon wedges
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- + 2 more ingredients

- ¾ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. Sprinkle both sides of pork evenly with salt and pepper. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge pork in flour mixture. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until pork is done. Serve with lemon wedges.
