Mandarin Orange Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • ½ teaspoonsalt
  • ½ teaspoonpepper
  • 1 teaspoonvegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  • ¾ cuporange juice
  • ¼ cupbrown sugar
