Meatloaf with Spinach and Feta


  • milk
  • 2 pound(s) lean ground meat, preferably a mixture of beef, pork and veal or lamb
  • 2 ounce(s) feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon(s) crumbled dried herb (oregano, marjoram, etc) or more
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt, plus freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, finely grated
  • 2 carrots, finely grated
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • ¾ cup(s) finely crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs
    • 1 pound(s) fresh spinach, or 10 oz frozen
