Mom's Stuffing Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 (¾ inch) thick pork chops
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
