Mom's Stuffing Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 6 (¾ inch) thick pork chops
• ½ cup water
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ¼ cup chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons minced onion
• 2 cups soft bread crumbs
