NORWEGIAN MEAT BALLS 2

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) pork sausage
  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • 1 ½ cup(s) milk
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cup(s) bread crumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) all spice
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 1 chopped onion (medium)

Combine ingredients in order given and mix well. Shape into small round balls and brown in butter and fat, equal parts. Place in casserole and add gravy by thickening juice left after browning. Cover and bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 3 dozen.
